Northern pit, EVRAZ KOGOK

EVRAZ Kachkanar Mining and Processing Plant is one of the five largest Russian mining companies.

It develops unique deposits of Kachkanar Mountain with vanadium-bearing iron ore.

From the ground up.

EVRAZ mines are large-scale quarries, mines and enrichment plants. In order to obtain iron ore concentrate, huge volumes of ore must be extracted, delivered and processed. This is not an easy task is being done by dedicated people.

— What do you work at? - On a BelAZ, - and it all makes sense at once

Eugene Avtushko, driver of EVRAZ KGOK's motor and tractor shop, holder of the honorary title "Veteran of Labor

"I came to the plant in 1991 after high school and started working on a 30-ton dump truck. Of course, it wasn't the same equipment as now: the cab was tiny, there was nothing to breathe from the exhaust fumes, and the floor was so hot, the floor would get so hot that my soles would stick to it - the cab was on the engine.

Now there are two full-fledged seats in the truck - one for the driver and one for the trainee - with air conditioning, heating system, and more advanced engines. These are completely different conditions. Carrying capacity tonnage has increased considerably: now we have 240-ton dump trucks. Compare: 30 tons and 240 tons.

Volumes have increased so much because the plant is developing and production is changing: previously we worked only new horizons and railroad dead-ends with dump trucks, but now we haul the rock completely to The volumes have increased so much because the production is changing.

It is difficult to calculate how much rock I have hauled in 30 years: in the past we hauled about 9,000 tons per month in a 40-ton dump truck, but now the volumes are different and the intensity of work has increased dramatically. The main thing is - I have an accident-free work record: occupational safety and health always come first. You think young people are the ones who have accidents? No, just those who have already worked, who are too confident. of themselves.

Young people still want to work at the plant. Of course, it's hard work, but the pay is decent, too. And to work as a driver of technological transport - that says a lot. "What do you work with?" - "On a BelAZ," and it's all clear at once. Such specialists are valued. By the way, it used to be more difficult to get on BelAZ, because the crews made the decision - it's different now. So we have a lot of young people, we train them.

How have people changed in 30 years? I don't know, I work with young people - they are the same guys as we were at their age. Some of them are serious and strive to keep the technical condition of transport normal, and some are inclined to to be lazy. People are always different. We are the four foremen in the process chain, we have meetings with the shop manager from time to time and our opinions are listened to. We work directly with the mechanics, the supervisors We voice our concerns and suggestions. So even if a person is a lot younger, the main thing is to be willing to listen to others".

I would like to see my son in his place, to continue my work

Sergey Kozlov, EVRAZ ZSMK industrial training instructor, developer of methodological programs for professional development, three times recognized as the "Best Young Worker

"I am a drill operator by profession, but I have been working this way for only two years. My career at EVRAZ started in 2004 as an electric fitter. Gradually I improved my qualification and became a shaft sinker. And when the system of machining system at the enterprise changed, I decided that I could master new technologies, and this happened. I believe that a person of any age needs to learn: every day, every hour.

The profession is hard, but I like my job. For me it is more than just a living, more than a craft: I am a third-generation driller, a sinker. I enjoy my work. It requires character, It requires character, determination: you have to set a goal and achieve it. I am used to seeing things through to the end. I would like to see my youngest son in his position. I want him to continue in the business.

I think the mine environment itself attracts young people: you work underground, you are a miner, and this is one of the most risky professions. Of course, there shouldn't be any extreme in the work, but the adrenaline is all the same. but the adrenaline is still there. So people come to try their hand at a real man's job. And the salary is attractive, of course.

People come in different ways: some have bright eyes, and some, on the contrary, are afraid at first. But I work with everyone - in any case, I make sure that the person becomes a professional, gains experience and does his or her job as a I make sure that in any case a person becomes a professional, gains experience, and does his job as a master. Sometimes it happens that the person cannot endure the pace and the workload. I think it happens everywhere, in every profession. But it is literally a few in a hundred.

The transfer of experience happens in the following way: I have been taught something, I have developed something myself and taught others, all this gradually accumulates, and people begin to do more and better work. And with more more quickly and with more interest, too. So the main thing is interaction. At our company, managers always listen to experienced workers - I think you need to listen and be able to choose the golden mean.

If I notice that a person looks at things differently than I do, we sit and talk and come to a certain result. To do some work more effectively. It's not just a monthly or annual plan. There is not only monthly or yearly plan - by the way, we have a strict observance - but there is also ambition. We want to give a little from above".

Head of the enrichment plant

When an employee says, "I want to study," he gets a green light.

Alexander Bludenov, Head of the enrichment plant EVRAZ KGOK

"I have been working at the plant for 18 years, started as an electric fitter at ore management, then went to the concentrator as a foreman. Times were different: in 2007-2009 the whole metallurgy was in difficult situation - crisis. But later we started to seriously increase productivity, we started to implement new equipment. The capacity of the plant is growing: we used to process 50 million tons of ore per year, and now it's 60 million tons.

One of the most significant projects in which I participated is the modernization of dry magnetic separation: increasing the magnetic field strength on separator drums and transferring them to a frequency drive. Another big investment project I participated in was modernization of the dry magnetic separators. Another large investment project was replacing the lighting in the whole building: over 5,000 light fixtures were replaced with LED ones. This had a good economic effect.

Now we are working on a project called "Production of new fractions of crushed stone. In addition, I am leading the search for new technological schemes to increase productivity and environmental friendliness. We are introducing, for example, frequency converters for tailing pumps to save electricity.

EVRAZ's Digital Transformation program plays a huge role. With the help of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), for example, we have launched a digital cue for technologists. It is, in fact. It analyzes a large amount of data-the current state of equipment and so on-and gives production forecasts for the next few hours. Tells for the production engineer to keep up with the production rate in order to meet the target quality. There are smaller projects: let's say machine vision, needed to eliminate emergency stoppages of conveyors.

All kinds of production automation projects are welcome. Here we have, one might say, a unique employee at the enterprise - Anatoly Khlebnikov, electric fitter for maintenance and repair Equipment maintenance and repair. He suggested a scheme - we call it "Khlebnikov's scheme" - to automate dry magnetic separation. Any initiative is encouraged if it has potential.

People submit ideas, which are then considered by the technical council of the Idea Factory, a tool within the EVRAZ Business System (BSE). For each proposal - whether it relates to production, working conditions or occupational safety, an employee receives a reward. There is a quarterly competition for ideas, where three winners are identified and awards are paid out. A passport is then drawn up for the initiative. of the initiative, and an implementation team is assigned, including the author of the idea. They receive an incentive: 10% of the estimated economic effect of the initiative. The photos of the winners are in the workshops, the workers can see them: This is not a fiction, but a real state of affairs.

The average age of the shop employee is about 42 years old. Of course, young people come in: in Kachkanar there is a technical school that trains enrichment specialists, and we also recruit a group there. But some vacancies do not close for a long time. But some of the vacancies cannot be filled for a long time. Young people finish their studies and leave for Nizhny Tagil or Yekaterinburg to try their luck. Naturally, most of them come back to Kachkanar. Sometimes it also happens that a person gets a job with us, And then leave, but statistically speaking, 4 out of 5 come back to Kachkanar.

My principle is simple: I will not force anyone to work. I know practically all my employees by name and understand who I can part with painlessly and who I have to treasure. The person himself should have desire to work. When such an employee comes and says, "I want to study, train for another profession, improve my qualifications," he gets a green light right away. We encourage if a person wants to to develop.

The Company is working to make sure that people live comfortably in Kachkanar: with the help of EVRAZ the roads are renovated, a new Sports Palace, a sports arena and an Ice Palace are built. A school using the WorldSkills methodology is being opened. Tripartite agreements are concluded between EVRAZ, the government of Sverdlovsk region and the administration of Kachkanar municipal district: the parties determine where to invest money and what exactly needs to be improved. We are We are interested in people having a good time in our home town.

You come to the plant with problems and joys. It's a second home

Lyudmila Suslyakova, Crane Operator in the Blast Furnace Shop EVRAZ ZSMK

She graduated from high school and joined the company in 1980. At first, of course, it was scary for an 18-year-old girl. I thought I'd never be able to stand it all, but then I got used to it. At first I was an intern, Then I officially got a job in the workshop - it was March 1981. Now I can't imagine myself without the plant, I had no thoughts of going somewhere else.

I've never changed my specialty: I've been working as a crane operator for 40 years now. My job is to repair the main gutters - they break down over time, their resistance is impaired. We do all the the old ones are removed, we pour new concrete. My job is to bring it in, take it out, help the guys. Over 40 years, of course, a lot has changed in terms of technology. It's more convenient for the guys now: more attention to the workers. more attention to the workers, better provision of personal protective equipment and other necessities. And there is more attention to problems at work, they are kind of trivial, but they are there. So it's easier to work easier to work for everyone, that's for sure.

A lot of young guys came - I mean the mining team I work with. First of all, I think, it's the salary that attracts them. And the shop is not among the last - it is considered the main one. In general, we don't have We don't have a lot of vacancies, the staff is always full. There is rarely a vacancy. Of course not everyone stays: some people work and study - they get a favorable admission to the university in their specialty - they get and then they're promoted and leave. Some stay in the blast furnace shop, but go one step up, e.g. work as a gas fitter. And then there is the prospect of a foreman. If one has a desire, one manages everything. А someone, on the contrary, can't do the job. They say, "I can get a job elsewhere even for that kind of money". Well, I do not think so.

The staff must be renewed periodically: retirees leave, young people come in. And I'm already thinking about leaving - it's time to make way for the young. I just stuck to it, that's all. You come to the plant with your problems and joys, bring it to the collective - and you're not alone. It's like a second home.

You don't have to live a boring life of work-home-work

Maria Tsaregorodtseva, leading engineer of the central laboratory of EVRAZ ZSMK

I came to the company after the institute: I got my degree and within a month I was already at the plant. I got a job as a laboratory assistant for chemical analysis, worked for three years and became a leading engineer. The WorldSkills competition helped: at the I came second and six months later I was promoted. Now I supervise laboratory assistants, I ensure that the equipment is in good working order and I am responsible for I am responsible for the timely delivery of tests.

The task of our laboratory is to ensure incoming inspection. We check the refractories that are used to repair various refractory linings at the plant. If the report on the refractory mass is good, the scheduled repair the scheduled repair schedule is postponed. Or take the Blast Furnace Shop: the refractories are used to build the furnace. In addition, we analyze ferroalloys - they are added to steel and give it the required properties. We also implement new analysis techniques if the customer needs elements which were not determined before.

In addition to regular work, I prepare employees for participation in EVRAZ's corporate WorldSkills championship. It consists of several stages: first the competition inside the central laboratory, then the interdepartmental one, where different laboratories of the plant take part. Then a divisional competition, where we compete with other EVRAZ ZSMK and Raspadskaya Coal Company employees. Finally there is the championship, where we compete with our colleagues from Nizhny Tagil Metallurgical Plant and Raspadskaya Coal Company. We meet our colleagues from Nizhny Tagil. This is a great chance for young specialists to show themselves - to demonstrate that they can work in stressful situations and perform analysis better than others.

In general, the company does everything to interest young people. We have a Council of Young Specialists that involves employees in various events. For example, a large scientific and technical conference. В This year we have also invited the students of SibGIU to participate: the guys gathered in teams and solved problems related to the problems of production. Then the defense of the projects took place, and the managers chose the best ones. The logic The guys have solved some problem of the workshop - we need to have a closer look at them and invite them to join us. Good development prospects for young people.

In addition, we have a trade union, we have KVN, in which I take part with pleasure. There is a tourist gathering and many sports events like the high-five race. In the winter we have skiing competitions and snowboarding on Sheregesh. I talked to the guys who took part: their emotions were off the scale. We also organize different intellectual games - I can't list them all. So you don't have to live a boring life. "Work-home-work" life.

I came to see how beautifully cast iron is poured - 14 years I've been watching

Leonid Larionov, BOF steelmaker at EVRAZ NTMK's converter shop

I joined EVRAZ when I was a student at the Mining and Metallurgical Technical School. My mother worked at the plant and once she said: "I'd like to go and have a look. I came to see how beautifully pig iron was poured into the converter. I I liked it and I have been watching it for 14 years. I have learned from almost everyone - those older and younger, and I am still learning. To become a steelmaker, you have to absorb the experience of many professions, even those not directly related to metallurgy. It helps to anticipate factors that can, for example, put a unit out of operation - you need to have an understanding of both electrical and mechanical aspects.

In addition, I took a master's course: in addition to working as a steelmaker, I can substitute for the foreman in the first stage and sometimes the shift supervisor. Not to perform all functions, but to take over production-related ones. I can I can get higher or second higher education in my specialty. My main higher education is related to metallurgy of ferrous metals, so I did not take advantage of this opportunity. But young people who want to But young people who want to develop, they are trained at Nizhny Tagil or at MISIS in Moscow.

Metallurgists' wages are quite high for our city. But the work is specific, too, because of the high temperatures. Our schedule is intense, "railway": not 8, but 12 hours. Some may say, But in my opinion it is a plus: you have worked two days and have two rest days. Not everyone is psychologically suited to the job, but those who stay are part of a friendly team. It's been 14 years since I joined the brigade. and I'm still in it. I know many of them very well, I am friends with all of them, and some of them are family friends. And this solidarity helps us to achieve goals that may seem unattainable at first.

There is satisfaction in my work. Firstly, I see the result: how much metal was melted at my converter, how much at others, what indicators we achieved. Secondly, I take part in the Risk Management project. It is It is aimed at ensuring the safety of workers. It is not always possible for safety engineers to spot a defect in the operation of a machine or personnel. That is why EVRAZ created a program so that the employee sees some risk himself risk himself and report it, and the management staff worked through the issue. The project supervisors are meticulous, so we are able to transform the workflow.

I submitted initiatives to the "Idea Factory", which were implemented in our shop. For example, a hook clamp so that we could tilt ladles without risk. I know of many people who also came up with ideas to improve production and to make their work easier.

Formerly a sledgehammer and a crowbar, now a keyboard and a mouse

Ilya Gordeev, foreman engaged in hot work at RBZ EVRAZ ZSMK

I started as a hot metal cleaner in 2003: my parents worked in a factory, so I got a job there after high school. Then I became a cutter; in the first two years I changed four professions. Finally, I transferred to the rail mill and I became a railroader. This, as they say, was a different matter: the work was more responsible - I adjusted the rolling stands to receive the profile. Then I increased my grades and jumped up and down in my profession. In 2011. Reconstruction began: dismantling of old equipment and installation of new one. Then I was hired as an apprentice and together with my German colleagues we adjusted the work of SMS Meer rail mill.

Modernization has greatly expanded the possibilities of the shop: previously we produced 25-meter rails, but after the launch of the new mill we started producing 100-meter rails that are more demanded by the market. The main thing is that before that our tools were a sledgehammer and a crowbar, and now we have a keyboard and a mouse. That is, labor has become more intellectual - not only for the foremen or engineering staff, but also for the workers. On the whole, working professions that used to require and physical labor, are becoming easier and more varied.

As a foreman, I am not only responsible for the operation of the site, but I also train the staff: I explain how to properly perform certain technological operations. I give safety briefings, I give safety briefings and make them familiar with local regulations. We have a lot of training, including the EVRAZ Business System: Risk Hunting and Idea Factory. I think these are good working tools: people on the ground know better, where and what can be changed. I myself sometimes attend technical councils and see that there are a lot of sensible suggestions to improve the technological process and safety, for example, to put in, say, an additional video camera for monitoring. somewhere, let's say, an additional video camera for monitoring.

These new trends have a dramatic effect on the enterprise. Take an elementary thing: 20 years ago people could just work in jeans and whatever they wanted. Now we have strictly regulated work clothes. for each profession, with heat protection and so on. I don't remember there used to be so many training programs. And the health and safety exams are now taken every six months. It seems like it's always was in the first place, but now occupational safety is a clear priority. Times have changed: you can feel it in the improvement of the work process and people's attitude to it - the climate at the plant has become completely different.

Most of my education came from the factory.

Azad Samedzadeh, Hydrometallurgical technologist EVRAZ Vanadium Tula

Before coming to EVRAZ, he was a professional boxer and kickboxer, competed for the Tula Region and studied at the same time. After graduating from the institute, I decided to tie my life to a job that would offer I decided to tie my life to a job that would give me a growth prospect and a steady income. I saw a vacancy at EVRAZ Vanadium Tula, had an interview and in 2015 I got a job as an apparatus operator in the metallurgical shop. From the first steps I decided that I had to to raise my level, to learn.

I worked in one area, then transferred to another and realized that I needed to do something to get higher and become a foreman. I started to study hard, to learn the technological process. I went from one section to another, trying to gain maximum experience everywhere to become a person who can work in all the sections. I think this is in line with the direction of the company, which is constantly evolving: you also shouldn't stand still. You shouldn't stand still either, you have to improve, you shouldn't be afraid of change and responsibility.

Our HR department works very well, so if a person wants to, if you see a prospect in him, you can always come and ask to be trained in this or that program. There is no problem with that. Most of my education I have diplomas from chemical plants and different courses that allow me to work in a higher profession.

EVRAZ likes to develop its employees, and this seems to me to be one of the biggest pluses. For example, the "New EVRAZ Leaders" program, of which I am a graduate, is a whole system, for which a lot of money is spent. Not every employer is prepared to pay so much for the development of the competences of middle-ranking employees - but EVRAZ does. It is a very interesting program: you train for half a year and then you have to come up with initiatives all the time, Six months of training you constantly have to come up with initiatives, offer ideas. There is a clear objective: you have to show results. You get an idea, assemble a team of 10 people and in half a year you have to improve production in the area which you have never seen before. As a result. you become a different person: bolder, more decisive in your steps.

I judge by our staff: young people are slowly coming back to the enterprises. There are a lot of young specialists, and every year there are more of them. In the past it may have been thought that young people didn't want to go to but it's not like that anymore. We have a large social package, mortgage assistance, social vouchers - what not. The company cares about people and their development.

The main thing is not to sit in silence, then you will be heard and understood.

Nailya Askharova, Leading Specialist of the Competitive Procedures Center of EVRAZ NTMK

I joined EVRAZ after graduating from the Kazan National Institute of Technology. I have been working at the company for two years. At first I worked as a laboratory assistant of the fourth category, then I got the position of a deputy chemical engineer. chemical engineer. And in July of this year I moved to the sphere of procurement - Center of Competitive Procedures. We are engaged in purchasing services for the needs of the Nizhniy Tagil Iron and Steel Works (EVRAZ NTMK): we place We put requests for services to our contractors on the electronic site. And we decide who will provide us with their services.

Many young specialists who graduate from universities and colleges are interested in working at the enterprise - they come to EVRAZ on purpose. I think this is because there is a lot for a young specialist to do here. I think there is a lot of things for a young specialist: not only salaries and career growth, but also different events and contests. That's why I like EVRAZ, because the doors are open, and everything depends on yourself. The main thing is that you don't have to be The main thing is that you are not just a person who exists only in personnel lists, but that people should know about you: yes, there is such an employee, he is active, he takes part in everything. And there are a lot of opportunities to prove yourself.

For example, I participated in the corporate WorldSkills championship for my competency "Chemical Laboratory Analysis". At first there was a general workshop stage, in which I took second place. Then I was offered To take part in the next one - in Novokuznetsk. I took the third place there, which was a surprise - I had very little time to prepare: usually you have to prepare for half a year, and I had only three weeks, and I was worried that I had not yet reached the necessary level. I was worried that I hadn't achieved the necessary level. It's a great experience: you can discover your abilities and show them to the others, make new friends and learn something from others - I'm very glad that I was able to I'm very glad that I was able to participate.

In general, EVRAZ encourages young specialists to work on themselves so that they quickly become equal to mature professionals. No matter what position or grade you are in, you will always be heard. For example, where I used to work, at EVRAZ NTMK, there was a "Problem-Solving Board": you write down your production problem and it is often solved on the same day. Again, the main thing is not to sit in silence, then you and you will be heard and understood. I'm not sure that other companies have similar opportunities to express themselves and be active - I think our company is ahead of the curve here and is moving in the right direction.

It was a "pre-coronavirus" time, when I finished a project for a previous employer and rejected offers for several months. Either startups or "just a developer" positions were being called. Developers", and I wanted to jump in over my head. I was already thinking about working abroad when a recruiter from EVRAZ called me: they were looking for a team for the new office in Novosibirsk. They immediately offered to meet the future I was immediately offered to meet the future head of the company in person, almost right away. After the meeting I realized that I had found exactly what I was looking for.

The tasks that needed to be solved were multidisciplinary and fairly complex. It turned out that I was at the origins of a large Data Science division: it opened up the possibility of building processes and forming standards, and this is exactly what attracted me. The number of tasks - you can't recycle them, and you'll leave them for your grandchildren.

The tasks can be divided into three large classes: first, there is the optimization of production stages (we call them "redesigns"). In general, specific units are already steeply optimized - take the blast furnace: the technology has been practiced for 200 years. But a bunch of units with 10-15 operations, a bunch of control parameters and non-linear interaction is room for machine learning. Humans are not very good at that.

An example of a task of this class: optimization of coke production - how to obtain coke of sufficient quality for blast furnaces from cheaper coals? The project has already been implemented at EVRAZ NTMK and EVRAZ ZSMK. We are We have already implemented the project at EVRAZ NTMK, EVRAZ ZSMK, and we have built the first model in Russia that works not in a laboratory but in real production, which amounts to tens of thousands of tons of products daily. Now we are thinking about how to make the solution into a universal Now we are thinking about making this solution into a universal technological "box" that would save money all over the world.

The remaining two classes of tasks are less common, but no less important: predicting breakdowns and downtime and video analytics. We use the latter in particular for production safety: let's say we put a camera and look at the conveyor belt. If there is a person behind the fence, the automation signals "Hey, you're doing something wrong! In those situations, we really save lives, because if someone gets caught on a belt that's dragging piles of coal at 70 kilometers per hour, it's a pain in the ass. Of course, the system is not an absolute. There still has to be an industrial safety engineer who periodically checks that everything all right.

The focus on ecology and industrial safety is a characteristic feature of EVRAZ that "caught" me the most. I was surprised when I came to Nizhny Tagil that the air was almost cleaner than in Novosibirsk. And from the point of view of And from the point of view of production safety EVRAZ was the first company where if a person is overloaded they unload him almost by force. Because, as one of my colleagues says, "EVRAZ is a marathon, not a not a sprint!

I also noticed that any questions, if necessary, are taken to the level of the president of the company. And you learn by his example to pay attention to the important and ignore the insignificant details. After all, something can go wrong, but if the strategy is right, everything works. So if you want to learn how to lead, delegate, and make strategic decisions, there is something to learn from.

My modeling skills at the company have grown tremendously, even though I came out of science, and they're really good at it. Those very optimization tasks are level 4 analytics! Very rare in freelancing, startups, and even science. But in our country it is very common. In short, if you want to be a specialist who can solve problems from all sides, not only at the software level, but understand the context: what sensors collect information, how to install the camera If you want to understand the context: what sensors collect information, how to install the camera correctly, so that the recognition goes without a hitch, then there is a lot of room for professional growth at EVRAZ. And we are proud to say that we set aside time for this: the Data Science team Data Science team spends 4 hours a week on exchanging experience and personal development. And another 2 for courses common to the whole team. I have never had such a budget for development and training before in any company.

Farida Terekhina, Head of Project Sales at EVRAZ ZSMK

I worked as a mechanical engineering technologist in a factory, then I moved to a commercial company selling rolled metal products. I had been working there for four years in the marketing department when the competition for a managerial position at EVRAZ was announced. Four years I worked there in the marketing department when a competition for a managerial position at EVRAZ was announced. I got in on a competitive basis. I worked as a manager, then as an acting commercial director, and went up the ladder to the head of project sales. Basic education and Plant experience - knowledge of mechanical group, what and how to produce - plus commercial skills merged into a successful symbiosis.

In 2020 I went through the "New EVRAZ Leaders" program, which gave me a good help from the manager's point of view. After all, what is project sales? A completely individual approach at all stages: and how to get it right I have learnt how to make it happen, how to break it down into small segments. The client says, "I need an exclusive stand, and regular factories won't do it, because they have mass This is our area, project sales. We take a blueprint, work with technologists on the manufacturing map, and calculate the cost. If we have the capabilities - and we have them, for the most part - then we make a contract. then we make a contract, we supply the raw materials and we start the production. The output is a product that corresponds to the requested geometry, quality and other parameters.

Our field is highly specialized, and probably the most courageous ones come here. Metal trading seems to be a complicated field, but if you set your mind to it, you can learn. When we came in as young managers, information we had to get it ourselves. Now they present it in a very accessible way and try to make it digestible. There was a program developed for the adaptation of young employees - "The Young Manager's School". I take part in it as as an experienced colleague. For example, there is a specialized program called EVRAZ-ERB, which is a big shell with a lot of possibilities. Sometimes a manager is assigned to it, but he doesn't know how to work. To close the gap, We organize webinars, where I demonstrate how to use this tool. We also have a course on metal science: GOST, TU, STO - we show and study everything and answer any questions. So, who wants to to learn, they will learn.
